• 2-3 years of experience in Building Surveying post chartership.
• Full understanding of Health and Safety requirements and Statutory Compliance.
• Specific Technical Skillsets such as Dilapidations, Party Wall, and Fire Risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on various refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Undertake feasibility studies and produce specifications for projects.
• Develop new business opportunities including preparation of bids.
