Job summary
A leading space technology firm in Farnborough seeks a highly skilled Software Technical Program Manager. The role involves leading complex projects in satellite communication and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of program management experience and a background in hardware/software design. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management.
- Proven track record of leading technology projects in HW/SW design.
- R&D background preferred.
- Experience in satellite or aviation industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for project success.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and uncertainties effectively.
