I'm currently working with a leading tier one main contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the UK. They're now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead an upcoming Project in Cheshire.

- Lead the delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients
- Oversee programme, budget, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures and CDM Regulations
- Drive collaboration and promote best practice across project teams
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for a tier one contractor
- Strong Background delivering education projects (DFE experience highly advantageous)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- confident managing complex projects and multiple work streams
- SMSTS, CSCS and First aid Certification
- Degree or HNC in construction management or Related discipline preferred
