THE WHITE COMPANY
A leading fashion retailer in London is seeking a Junior Womenswear Designer to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on designing for the Curve range and offers opportunities to support other categories. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in womenswear design and strong skills in CAD software. Benefits include a flexible working model, a generous holiday allowance, and a performance-related bonus.
We are The Very Group and we’re here to help families get more out of life. We know that our customers work hard for their families and have a lot to balance in their busy lives. That’s why we combine amazing brands and products with flexible payment options on Very.co.uk to help them say yes to the things they love. We’re just as passionate about helping our people get more out of life too; building careers with real growth, a sense of purpose, belonging and wellbeing.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Womenswear Designer to join our Design team based in our London office.
We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to become part of our small but dynamic Womenswear team. This role primarily focuses on designing for our own brand, V by Very, with a particular emphasis on the Curve range. You’ll also play an active role across multiple categories, supporting the wider team as needed.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need prior experience working within a womenswear design team, ideally across multi-category products. Experience in Curve or plus-size design is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of the end-to-end design process within a womenswear department.
Key Responsibilities:
We are only accepting applications with Womenswear design experience at a Junior level already or high level assistant looking for their next step up.
