Our client, a well-established and highly regarded London law firm, is seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment, working on a varied caseload of private client matters for a diverse and high-quality client base.
Assisting and managing a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
Providing advice on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection (with supervision as required).
Supporting senior fee earners on more complex estate and trust matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Keeping up to date with developments in private client law and best practice.
NQ-3 years PQE in private client law.
Sound experience in wills, probate, and estate administration.
Exposure to trusts and tax planning advantageous.
STEP qualification or interest in working towards it (desirable but not essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files effectively.
Client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn within a collaborative team setting.
