A leading entertainment company in the UK is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance the European Marketing organization's analytics capabilities. The role focuses on delivering insights, optimizing marketing strategies, and influencing data-driven decisions. Candidates should have 8–11 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and expertise in SQL. The Pokémon Company International, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, manages the property outside of Asia and is responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website. Pokémon was launched in Japan in 1996 and today is one of the most popular children's entertainment properties in the world.
We are looking for a talented Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst who will drive change in European Marketing organization through influence of analytics and data insight capabilities at The Pokémon Company International Company. This position will be primarily responsible to deliver against marketing analytics roadmaps and deliver recommendations, improve business processes and aid in driving marketing investment decision through data. This role may include cross collaboration with US Marketing teams and European Marketing to ensure consistency and quality reporting and analysis. This role will function as an analytic SME to influence stakeholders and act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights, support and optimization on marketing campaigns. In addition, this position will assist in influencing and growing data strategy and measurement optimization across various initiatives and domains. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be self-directed, collaborative, drive accountability and have a keen ability to analyze data to identify and communicate patterns.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £75,000.00 - £88,350.00 per year. The full range is £75,000.00 - £111,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
