Job summary
A non-profit organization is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their remote finance team. This role involves maintaining the integrity of accounting information and supporting various financial processes. Applicants should have 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, particularly in the non-profit sector, and proficiency in tools like Sage Intacct and Concur. This position offers a competitive salary of $74,000 per annum with a comprehensive benefits package, focusing on equity and transparency.

- 3 years of relevant accounting/finance work experience with foundations and/or non-profits.
- Hands-on experience using key organisational finance systems required.
- Proficient English speaker (C2 level); fluency in additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of accounting information by recording and verifying transactions.
- Perform month-end close tasks under the supervision of the Finance Manager.
- Assist with preparation of vendor 1099s if needed.
