A technology innovator in the automotive sector is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a new sales application. You will drive conversion through a seamless customer experience and collaborate across teams to manage client expectations and deliver results. Purpose of the role
Keyloop are transforming the way our clients operate their businesses and transact online. This role sits within our ‘Demand’ product portfolio, the strategy of which is to drive conversion by offering consumers a frictionless, trustworthy experience for up to 100% of their purchase or renewal, seamlessly interfacing with all other touchpoints to provide blended omnichannel buying experience. As part of this we arm our customers with intuitive tools, real-time insight & automation to drive sales profit, volume and efficiency.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a new product in development that increases lead-to-sale conversion for dealerships, an application that manages a full end-to-end sales journey from lead management through to order. It requires strong skills in strategic thinking, agile development, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication and an ability to align internal/external teams behind a common vision. Regularly meeting with and taking feedback from our customers as we shape the roadmap while also managing expectations on delivery is fundamental.
