Job description

We have a unique opportunity for a remote TUPE and Change Analyst to join our growing and people‑centric HR Shared Services team at Aramark UK. This role works on an exciting project with the business. The position is a fixed‑term contract for 4 months, reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and working closely with the wider project team.

Responsibilities
  • Key point of contact for TUPE information on the project
  • Ensure all project timelines and deadlines are adhered to
  • Produce and report metrics to inform decision‑making
  • Utilise software tools effectively to project‑manage TUPE data
  • Demonstrated TUPE and change experience
  • Experience managing change programmes and restructuring processes
  • Ideally CIPD qualified to level 5 (not essential)
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across cross functions
Additional Requirements
  • Home‑based role with travel as required to our Leeds, Horsforth office
