J3495 – Business Development Manager: Transport, Industrial & Construction
Location: East Midlands / North East England (Remote)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Bonus & Benefits
New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist finance provider to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of customers, vendors, and prospects within an agreed territory. The primary focus of the role is the acquisition of new business within targeted channels, markets, and sectors, with a strong emphasis on the Transport, Industrial, and Construction industries.
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the designated region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the Transport, Industrial, and Construction sectors.
Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Work remotely with regular travel throughout the East Midlands and North East, including overnight stays where required.
Proven experience in asset finance sales within a highly targeted, sales-driven environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Demonstrable success in developing new business in a consultative sales capacity.
Experience in Financial Services, particularly Asset Finance and Leasing, is strongly preferred.
