A national conveyancing team is seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property transactions. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary and the potential to earn a bonus of up to £15,000 annually. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in high-volume conveyancing. We are representing a national conveyancing team, seeking an experienced and fully home-working conveyancer to join this growing team.
You will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling a diverse range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, unregistered properties, and shared ownership cases. You will maintain your caseload until your manager determines when it is appropriate to expand your portfolio further.
