We’re seeking a talented account manager with digital agency experience to join our client relations team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Lead Nurturing: Actively reach out to leads via phone and email to convert them into clients. This involves creating proposals and contracts.
2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients, addressing questions and resolving issues.
3. Project Management: Manage client projects using SCRUM methodology, assign tasks, set timelines, and ensure high standards are met.
