Job summary
A UK-based remote sales company is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to engage potential customers and generate leads for life insurance sales. This position is fully remote but requires proven cold calling experience in the UK. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a resilient attitude. Attractive compensation includes an uncapped commission structure with ongoing support and training provided.

Remote Lead Generation Specialist – UK Applicants Only
OTE: £50K+ (Uncapped Commission)

- Make outbound calls using a cloud-based autodialler
- Engage potential customers in conversations about life insurance & financial protection
- Qualify interest and generate leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets
- OTE £50,000+ (uncapped commission)
- UK minimum wage retainer (after initial 2 weeks) paid monthly
- All leads provided – no manual sourcing
- Full training provided for the chosen candidate
- Clear progression route to management positions for top performers
- Remote, flexible working environment
- Ongoing support and coaching
- Cold calling experience (UK only) – essential
- Insurance background preferred, but other cold calling industries considered
- Previous remote sales/lead generation experience in the UK
- Self-employed status (responsible for your own tax & NI)
- Computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
- Strong communication, resilience, and persuasion skills
