Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Heavy Lift Contractor Resource Manager working on behalf of a leading Energy services company.
- Be the single point of contact for all third-party technicians, ensuring seamless coordination of bedspace, vessel access, and late-change requests.
- Lead the selection and onboarding of third-party technicians.
- Manage contractor compliance (certs, medicals, visas, HUET/GWO, PPE).
- Govern contractor rates and ensure optimal utilization.
- Coordinate bedspace and vessel access for contractors.
- Manage contractor rotations and timesheets/invoicing.
- Prevent idle days and smooth late-change requests.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure surge capacity.
- Manage schedule volatility inherent in triple-ops and APAC mobilisations.
- Previous similar experience in contractor resource management
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and jurisdictions.
- Expert knowledge of contractor compliance requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing complex projects and schedules.
