Overview

Process Review/Design Specialist - Estates & TFM. Permanent | £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE). Remote (UK-based) | London office fortnightly (during client secondment) | Weekly visits to Portsmouth or Monmouth thereafter. We're looking for an experienced Process Review/Design Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, initially seconded to a major client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on process optimisation, estates/TFM improvement, and driving efficiency across large-scale operations.

Responsibilities
  • Review existing Estates processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to standardise and improve.
  • Lead workshops, meetings, and Teams sessions with Estates personnel to capture the “as is” position and define future improvements.
  • Produce clear, professional process maps and documentation for review and rollout.
  • Apply LEAN methodologies to improve Estates/TFM operations.
  • Support critical design reviews, identifying risks/issues and driving resolutions.
  • Monitor construction project phases, from factory/site acceptance tests to commissioning, snagging, and Take Over.
  • Manage defect processes and ensure non-conformances are identified, escalated, and resolved.
Requirements
  • Background in process review within Estates or TFM.
  • Ideally LEAN qualified (or significant demonstrable experience).
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent process documentation ability.
  • Able to obtain NPPV2 clearance (we will support this).
