Qualifications
- Experience in building and managing research engineering teams, including hiring and mentoring.
- Strong background in applied Deep Learning.
- Experience in solving complex production problems using state-of-the-art ML techniques.
Responsibilities
- Help to build and lead a world-class research engineering team.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning teams to improve simulation realism.
- Design experiments that push the frontiers of AV simulations.
- Develop metrics to measure the realism of simulated worlds.
- Train and evaluate large models for integration into the simulator.
