Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Midlands (Field-Based)

Location: Field-based, covering Midlands

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £33,825 base, OTE: £49,000+, plus Company Car, iPad, Laptop, and Mobile Phone

As part of our ambitious growth plans we are looking for talented Area Sales Managers to help drive performance across our sales teams.

This patch requires you to cover from North Wales, and across to York Moors and down to Hull.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and Lead: Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.
  • Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition.
  • Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals.
  • Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home.
  • Strategise and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.
  • Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.

Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills.
