This remote role focuses on leading a global Claims & Escalations team and navigating complex employment issues across jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and will play a critical role in advising on legal matters, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising on compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• In-house legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global team of attorneys and legal professionals.
• Advise on employment law issues and escalations.
• Oversee claims and disputes, liaising with outside counsel.
