A leading housing provider in the UK is seeking a passionate Data Management Analyst to enhance data quality and drive business value. You will be responsible for resolving data issues, establishing data standards, and ensuring accuracy across various systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data governance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Location: Remote
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

We re looking for a passionate Data Management Analyst to be our subject matter expert in Data Quality, Business Rules and Reference, Master, and Meta Data Management, with the key goal of building trust and confidence in the data we hold.
Working closely with business owners and data stewards across the organisation, you'll help identify and resolve data issues at their source, putting the right checks, controls, and standards in place to stop problems before they start.
A major part of this role will be to drive consistency and alignment of KPIs, agreeing on shared business rules and definitions ensuring that standardised reference data is captured, maintained, and stored within the Data Dictionary and relevant systems.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
