We are currently looking to hire a Field Principal Sales Executive who will be proactive and consultative in regional and phone sales, responsible for selling N-Able MSP software solutions to prospective customers in an assigned territory. This person will work collaboratively with the Internal Account Executive, Sales Leadership Team and cross functional team members to develop and manage an account acquisition strategy in their territory from initial to generate leads, through sales consultation, on-site and virtual presentation and ROI business case up to successful sales closing.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage the growth of assigned UKterritory through prospecting, sales pipeline generation and co-ownership of a sales pipeline leading to successful business closure
  • Demonstrate advanced ability for multi-product on-site and virtual sales, attaching other N-AbleMSP products to prospective customers
  • Drive sales pipeline by identification, prospecting and pitch to new prospects and current customers
  • Create and maintain C-level authority relationship with focus on sales and x-sell of N-Able dedicated solutions (remote management, backup and disaster recovery and cybersecurity solutions)
  • Manage on-site vs virtual sales process (expected 70% vs 30%) and deliver product presentations to prospects focusing on selling and positioning N-AbleMSP solutions
  • Contribute to forecast outlook as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in sales pipeline
  • Constantly execute successful closing and increase the close rates of the assigned opportunity pipeline

What You'll Bring

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic industry and achieve targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts on-site and via telephone and web based presentations
  • Proven independent self-starter with motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks management, project leadership
  • Willingness to travel (50-70% of the time)
  • History of successful target attainment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in previous Field or external Sales roles
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated
  • Expert knowledge of MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite / Tableau / Salesforce
  • Knowledge and being trained on an existing sales methodology (e.g. BANT, MEDDPIC).
