As a Global Talent Partner, you own the entire hiring lifecycle and the systems that support it. The people we bring onto the team shape how quickly we move, the quality of our work, and the value we deliver to our clients. We succeed by building a team of exceptional talent, where every hire raises the bar. This role exists to uphold and protect that standard.
This role suits a hands‑on recruiter with strong judgment who enjoys owning and hiring end to end. You move quickly without compromising standards and are curious and commercially minded, always seeking to understand the why behind each hire.
You bring experience recruiting in startup or high‑growth environments, managing multiple roles simultaneously, and hiring internationally. You’ve built and maintained freelance or contract talent pools and are confident partnering with senior stakeholders.
You’re a strong sourcer with a practical, straightforward approach, experienced in identifying and engaging high‑quality passive talent using tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
