Job summary

A global hotel management company is seeking a Senior Development Manager to drive the expansion of its luxury brand portfolio across Europe and Africa. Ideal candidates should have a strong hotel or hospitality background and proven development experience, ideally up to 10 years. Responsibilities include evaluating new business opportunities, supporting development projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Applicants should possess strong communication and analytical skills, be results-driven, and be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English required, with additional languages as a plus.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Travel required for fieldwork and meetings.

  • Support the VP Development with RFP responses.
  • Identify business opportunities for Hilton's luxury brands.
