Role: Account Manager
Location: Carlisle
Hours: 37.5 per week
Hybrid: 1 day working from home after training
Salary: £25,000 - £28,550 DOE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Leading and contributing to regular client meetings, capturing actions and resolving issues effectively
- Ensuring all contractual KPIs are met and maintained, working closely with internal teams to gather and share relevant data
- Communicating contractual obligations and client-specific needs clearly across departments to support smooth service delivery
- Taking ownership of specific projects or initiatives within your portfolio and seeing them through to completion
- Handling day-to-day contract administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date records
- Working collaboratively with the Contract Manager and wider team to spot opportunities for improving processes
- Friendly, collaborative team environment
- Genuine opportunities for development and progression
- 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
- Hybrid working - one day at home per week once fully trained
