Job Title: Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day queries regarding orders, dispatch, and stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Provide timely updates on order delays or changes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly order status reports.
  • Support stock clearance initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Assist in preparing customer documentation and managing sample orders.
