Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing purchasing and inventory across 13 countries, including Japan and Europe, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Planning
    • Review weekly demand and adjust plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Create purchase orders and production plans to meet forecasted demand.
    • Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  • Inventory & Packaging Control
    • Maintain accurate ERP master data.
    • Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouses.
    • Ensure packaging supplies are consistently available.
  • Logistics
    • Manage international documentation for customs compliance.
    • Oversee goods receipt and work order creation.
    • Conduct cost reviews and support new supply chain projects.
Ideal Candidate
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
  • Experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics.
  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Working Hours & Environment

Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break). Office-based role within a friendly team of ~30 people. Occasional weekend work for trade shows (time off in lieu provided).
