Job summary
An independent bodyshop in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Senior MET Technician / Fitter. In this role, you will diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring high standards are met. Successful candidates will have NVQ Level 3 and experience in an accident repair centre. The position offers a salary up to £42,000, with optional overtime on Saturdays.

Education
Our Motor Trade Client is a Independent Bodyshop based in Basingstoke and they require an experienced Senior MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.
- Optional Overtime available on Saturdays paid at x 1.5
- Independent Owned Bodyshop Group - work within a close-knit working environment

- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification would be beneficial
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre
For your hard work as a Senior MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £42,000 basic.
