Top tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is currently seeking a new IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will report to the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems and will bridge the gap between legal, business support, and IT professionals.

• Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
• Location: Office-based with a shift pattern covering 8am – 7pm

1. Collaborate with service, system, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements.
2. Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
3. Develop detailed business cases with clear requirements and functional specifications for IT projects.
4. Work with IT team members and vendors to design and implement technology solutions.
5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
2. Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
3. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
