Job summary
A recruitment agency in Enderby is looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to manage the full hiring cycle at a client's location. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. This is a full-time onsite position, offering a dynamic work environment with flexible hours during peak recruitment periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Understanding of employment law and basic HR processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite contact for hiring managers and HR teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and onsite events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability.
- Coordinate onboarding, including compliance checks and right-to-work documentation.
