A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking a talented Recruiter to join its HR team in Blackburn. This permanent position offers hybrid working with a mix of office and remote work. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales and sourcing skills, as well as experience in talent acquisition and interviewing in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of UK security clearance is essential.
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of internal recruitment? We're on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Blackburn office the rest working from home.
As a key player in our recruitment function you'll work closely with recruiting managers and the broader team to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. You'll be managing 15 vacancies at different stages of sourcing, selection and onboarding.

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
