We are looking to hire a Recruiter who would be responsible for recruiting experienced consultants in our London office.

Please Note: Oliver Wyman / MMC operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven hands‑on recruitment experience who enjoys taking full ownership of the recruitment process and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders. As a Recruiter you will :
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the latest recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing and selection ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Contribute to employer‑branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer‑of‑choice and attract the best talent.
  • Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across the European region.
Experience Required :
  • Proven experience (5 years) in internal recruitment preferably within the consulting industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines and foster career development programs.
  • Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential.
Your Skills and Attributes :
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics, analyzing data and making data‑driven decisions to optimise recruitment processes.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented and passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes.
Your Technical Skills :
  • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential; Workday is preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills are essential: Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
