This is a great opportunity to use your initiative and skills to take in-house recruitment in the UK to the next level.

What are you going to do?

As an In‑House Recruiter, you will be responsible for helping us find the right candidates for TOPdesk UK. You will manage the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing through to interview. You will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing ways to attract passive candidates as well as building and maintaining a database of viable candidates to fill pipeline positions.

Working within a growing industry, the In‑House Recruiter will be confident within a fast‑paced tech environment focusing on identifying and securing talent for both full and part‑time roles across all departments.

As an In‑House Recruiter you will report into the UK’s HR Manager, work closely with the UK’s Managing Director, as well as collaborate with a team of recruitment specialists in Delft. You’ll be tasked with organising and delivering inspiring recruitment events to grow our brand awareness and encourage potential employees to join our Manchester and London branches. As a recruiter you will co‑ordinate the delivery of measurable recruitment strategies, events, projects, and initiatives that will support the delivery of TOPdesk UK’s recruitment targets. You will influence recruitment content and collateral across all channels, as well as manage recruitment campaigns. You are a great team player that helps support colleagues, as well as able to work on your own initiative, multi‑task and have the capacity to communicate well on all levels with a variety of stakeholders across the TOPdesk group.
