We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading organisation and play a key role in helping to shape the future of its workforce and ensure every candidate receives a recruitment experience that is timely, supportive, and aligned with the organisation’s values. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing pace with precision, and who takes pride in creating a positive first impression.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the business leaders across the service to understand upcoming workforce needs and deliver effective, targeted recruitment activity. From writing compelling job adverts to coordinating a seamless onboarding process, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment journey. Your work will ensure our processes remain compliant, efficient, and reflective of the high standards we uphold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with leaders to anticipate staffing requirements and plan recruitment campaigns
  • Create clear, engaging job adverts and proactively source candidates through social media and networks
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Lead safer recruitment checks (DBS, references, right to work) and maintain compliance with GDPR and professional standards
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare regular updates for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Coordinate induction plans to ensure new starters feel welcomed, informed, and supported
  • Provide wider administrative and office support, contributing to a professional and positive working environment
