Its an exciting time to join Cellular Origins; were entering a phase of growth and product development that will see strategic hires across a wide range of technical engineering and enabling functions. Youll be the custodian of candidate experience enabling the Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on sourcing and attracting high-quality applications.

As the Recruitment Coordinator youll take charge of juggling complex diary management booking interviews and helping to ensure feedback is provided in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders functions and time zones.
  • Book interview rooms manage on-site logistics and set up video calls where required.
  • Draft and send timely professional candidate communications including progression and rejection emails.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Provide interviewers with candidate information CVs and ATS profile links.
  • Liaise closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support delivery of recruitment outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Comply with all quality management processes and organisational standards.
