Job summary
An airport services provider based in West Yorkshire is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (3rd Line) to ensure reliable, secure IT systems supporting airport operations. This role includes managing service desk tickets, troubleshooting IT issues, and contributing to the improvement of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Microsoft environments, be knowledgeable about networking, and possess strong communication skills. - Experience in Infrastructure or Network Support role.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools.
