Are you an expert XAML UI developer with a passion for building polished, high-performance interfaces for games or simulations?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established studio and play a key role in elevating the quality, consistency and usability of a leading simulation product used by a global community of players, enthusiasts, and professionals.

As a Senior XAML UI Developer, you will design and build sophisticated WPF/XAML interfaces, transforming design specifications into fully functional, visually cohesive screens, widgets and features. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the user interface is efficient, performant, and aligned with the overall product vision.

• Developing complex, highly detailed and performant XAML‑based UI, including screens, features, custom widgets, controls and visual elements
• Translating design specifications into functional, user‑friendly interfaces
• Working closely with development teams, designers, artists and QA to deliver consistent and high‑quality UI implementations
• Creating prototypes to quickly explore and validate new UI ideas
• Promoting visual and functional consistency across the entire user interface
• Maintaining high technical standards and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement
• Producing clear and accurate technical documentation to support UI implementations

• Deep expertise in WPF/XAML, with a proven track record of creating complex and high‑quality UI
• Demonstrable experience developing XAML‑based interfaces for games, simulations or similar interactive applications
• A strong self‑driven work ethic and passion for creating compelling user experiences
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
