A leading tax automation firm is seeking a Solution Architect in the City of London. You will manage the client onboarding lifecycle and lead technical implementations for global enterprise clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in APIs, cloud technologies, and B2B SaaS solutions. The position requires proficiency in English and the ability to work autonomously. This is a hybrid working role.
At Fonoa, we are transforming how digital-first companies stay tax compliant. We provide simple and modular API solutions that easily integrate into any existing workflow. Through our technology-first approach, we reduce manual processes, increase compliance and reduce the cost of operations when transacting and scaling internationally.
We are solving one of the largest yet unsolved problems in global e-commerce. Our tax automation software enables companies such as Uber, Zoom, Booking.com, Squarespace and Rappi to expand their international offerings more quickly and stay tax compliant.
We are looking for people to help deliver our solutions to our clients. As a Solution Architect, you will join our post-sales implementation team, where you will own the entire client onboarding lifecycle for your region. You will work autonomously to understand customer requirements and pain points. As a Solution Architect, you will be proficient at identifying prospect needs and gaps and ensuring Fonoa can offer the best solutions in place and reduce any complexity from the clients.
You will leverage product, technical, and sales resources to provide the best onboarding experience from early client engagement until the client is fully operational on the platform. You will focus on reducing the time to go live, post-go-live metrics, and implementation quality checks.
As part of the recruitment process at Fonoa, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice for Job Applicants. This notice explains how and why your data is collected and used, and how you can contact us if you have any concerns.
