This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest‑growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. • Safety Driven: Cultivate a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with environmental, Health & Safety Regulations/guidelines and procedures as well as PPE policies.
• Efficient Execution: Responsible for the execution of the work scope, ensuring timely and efficient completion of aircraft maintenance projects through effective supervision, allocation of resources, equipment, assets and systems. Driving performance through maintaining accurate billing, labour hours management, on-time delivery, and profitability.
• People Management: Demonstrates effective people management skills by leading and inspiring a diverse team. Fosters a work environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and the well‑being of all team members through continuous feedback as well as conducting performance reviews.
• Systems Management: Proficiently manages systems related to aircraft maintenance projects, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Experience: A proven track record in managing aircraft maintenance projects and teams, demonstrating the ability to lead diverse groups to success.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of regulatory standards (Part 145, CAA / EASA regulations) and a commitment to maintaining compliance with both industry regulations and internal company procedures.
• People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment with both your team, within the management structure and with customers.
