In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Senior Principal Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to and lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer‑facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with and guide your project team to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project related activities, you will also manage and contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers and play an important role in building our CX and Supply Chain capabilities and offerings.
As an experienced consultant you will be a self‑starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Service Cloud, backed up by proven hands‑on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations. You will work across a wide variety of customers and play a key role in some of the most exciting CX and Supply Chain implementations across the EMEA region.
