A leading healthcare services provider is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a hybrid role, working both from home and in GP surgeries across Bristol and South Wales. The ideal candidate will have an MPharm, GPhC registration, and experience in community or primary care. Responsibilities include providing clinical support to practices and enhancing awareness of clinical services within primary care.
