The successful candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, actively source high-caliber candidates, and partner with Hiring Managers to shape hiring strategies. Our amazing Talent Acquisition and Development team based in Ashby da la Zouch have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and service driven Resourcing Advisor. This pivotal role will see you managing several recruitment campaigns for all of our product lines.
This role will see you working hybrid, with a blended approach to working in the office, from home and our operations when required.
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, you will work as part of a high performing and established team, were you recruit a variety operational and functional vacancies across the UK, Ireland and Nordic business where you will actively source and attract the very best talent using a variety of tools such as internal systems, LinkedIn, and CV databases.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, selecting the most effective attraction and selection methods where you will create adverts, sift through CVs, conduct telephone screening, create robust selection tools, support interviews, manage offers and provide constructive feedback, ultimately ensuring that a positive candidate journey is consistently maintained.
You will partner with Hiring Managers where you will build effective talent pools and be pivotal in influencing and shaping the process and ways of working as well as educating and upskilling Hiring Managers to enable more ownership and accountability for recruitment.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of recruiting high volume vacancies across various operational and functional positions, ideally working within an in‑house or agency recruitment environment. You will be a natural communicator who is able to build effective relationships with stakeholders, highly organised with an energetic approach to work. You must have that hunter mentality, not afraid to seek out and approach passive candidates in the market and be a capable advert writer where you will use your knowledge and know-how to attract the very best talent in the market.
