Nelson Permanent Placements are hiring for a Marketing Executive to join an established and growing energy consultancy based in Tamworth. This role supports two exciting businesses that are challenging the energy market and expanding rapidly.

This is an important and varied role where you will help develop marketing strategies, create content, manage campaigns, and support overall brand growth. You will be key in promoting both companies’ products and services while working closely with internal teams to drive engagement and business growth.

• Previous experience in the energy industry is preferred but not essential.

• Developing and managing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Ensuring all campaigns reflect the company brand and marketing strategy.
• Carrying out market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitor activity.
• Reviewing market trends and tracking campaign performance.
• Creating content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
• Managing digital marketing activity including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Analysing digital performance data and reporting on return on investment.
• Planning and coordinating events such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Working with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Managing and maintaining the company’s brand image.
• Planning and managing marketing budgets and tracking costs.
• Working closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to support business goals.
• Communicating marketing plans and updates to internal teams and management.

• £25,000 – £30,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
