A leading retirement living company in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality care and support for residents. This role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care and experience managing care services. You'll lead a dedicated team, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and promote residents' independence and wellbeing. Due to an internal promotion we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to join the team at our Thomas Court, Retirement Living Plus Development in Cardiff. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, care delivery, and operational running of the community, ensuring residents enjoy independence, dignity, and a vibrant lifestyle.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will provide strong leadership to your care and support team, uphold the highest quality standards, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
