A leading community pharmacy in the UK is seeking a Coordinator to join its Regional Support team. This role will involve acting as the first point of contact for branch managers, providing guidance on staff training, recruitment, and performance management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR department to resolve operational inquiries and ensure smooth branch operations. Candidates should have experience in managing people and supporting teams in a healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in people management and operational support.
- Ability to provide guidance on recruitment and performance.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with HR and pharmacy managers.
Responsabilités
