The Role of Registered Manager

You’ll lead with purpose, supported by two regional managers and a full suite of specialist teams including HR, recruitment, nursing, and marketing. You’ll oversee:

• Safeguarding & risk management
• Budget & occupancy oversight
• Care planning & safe discharges
• Staff development & recruitment
• Liaison with families, councils & CQC
• Infection control & health / safety compliance

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive, down-to‑earth Registered Manager with :

• 2+ years management experience
• A stable career history with strong reasons for past transitions
• NVQ Level 5 (preferred but not essential)
• A knack for building rapport and coaching others
• Solid CQC knowledge and a methodical approach
