The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR department in all operational aspects of the employee journey with Flint Bishop. This position will play an integral role in areas such as employee relations, systems & processes and learning & development.
This is an exciting role which will support the firm at an exciting time of growth as we grow our headcount and offices across the Midlands and Yorkshire.
We are seeking a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with experience in employment legislation, employee relation, mentoring and training. The Senior HR Advisor will provide a responsive and high-quality HR advisory service on a range of employment matters and be focused on continuous improvement. You will need to be experienced in managing senior stakeholder relationships and developing key relationships across the organisation, to support engagement and integration of new colleagues into the Firm.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR & HR Manager. The role is based at our Head office in Derby, but with regular onsite visits for all other locations, including Leeds, Sheffield, York, Swansea & Birmingham.
