Recruiter – Juno Remote (UK) Full‑time (4 days / week considered)

Juno is a tech‑enabled conveyancing firm transforming property transactions in England and Wales. We’re seeking a Recruiter to join our team and help us scale up.

In this role you’ll initially be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our Client Support team (hiring 3‑4 people monthly) with potential to expand into recruiting for legal and other client‑facing roles as we continue growing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Manage the pipeline of candidates using Recruitee ATS, Google Mail / Calendar and Slack (internal communication platform)
  • Screen CVs and conduct structured phone / video assessments
  • Coordinate written tests and hiring manager interviews
  • Manage all candidate communications, scheduling and feedback
  • Manage offer process, references and pre‑employment checks
  • Maintain strong documented pipelines with weekly progress reporting
  • Continuously calibrate with client support management on quality standards
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely clear communication

  • 3‑4 Client Support hires monthly
  • Hiring manager satisfaction
  • High conversion from offer acceptance to passed probation stages
  • Process compliance and documentation standards
