Whilst we welcome candidates who have experience within CX and Digital, we are happy to talk with talented recruitment consultants who have worked in other markets, what is most important is your attitude and ambition.

The role

Initially, you will join our delivery team where your focus will be on working on assignments fed to you by our Practice Leads - both contract and permanent. Your primary objectives being to build your knowledge of our markets, source great talent and exceed client expectations.

You could be sourcing professionals working in one or more of our Practice areas:

  • Digital Marketing & Sales

You will be coached through a personalised development programme to develop you into a Senior Consultant as fast as your ambition and capability will support. At this point you will join one of our Practices where we will support you with building and growing your own desk.

We are looking for people who can evidence at least a year of successful Recruitment experience - either within an agency or internally where the focus has been on one or more of the areas that we specialise in.

If you are able to demonstrate an ability to build great relationships, think laterally, work independently, be super organised and work at pace - we'd like to talk.
