Job summary
A global manufacturing organization seeks an experienced Payroll professional in Cumbernauld. The role requires expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, knowledge of UK legislation, and excellent communication skills. You'll work in a hybrid capacity, managing payroll operations and collaborating with HR and Finance teams. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy.
- Provide data and reconciliations to support overseas payroll providers.
- Manage payroll adjustments including overtime and statutory deductions.
- Submit statutory filings and support overseas submissions.
- Produce detailed payroll reports for management and auditors.
- Act as the first point of contact for UK payroll queries.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for accurate data.
