Colonnade Bar Supervisor

Our Colonnade Bar in sunny Brighton is seeking a pub supervisor to help with the day to day running of the pub and supervising the team.

Responsibilities

• Operational running of the pub, ensuring friendly and welcoming service from yourself and the casual bar staff.
• Cash handling and stock procedures.
• Cellar management experience.
• Work various shift patterns in line with the opening hours of the pub, including daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
