Job summary

A Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the implementation of an HR Information System (HRIS) and manage ongoing optimisations. You will collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure the system meets organisational needs while driving data governance and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in HRIS systems. Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing or implementing HRIS/HR systems, including data migration and configuration.
  • Ability to design and optimise HR workflows, supporting compliance and workforce planning.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, mergers, or integrations.
